First group ride out on my new Nimbus Hatchet with the Maxis 4.8" wide tyre. Love it. It just rides over anything in its path.

Nice video. Hatchets are awesome, I've got 2 (long story) one is standard with about 3-hours on it (up for sale if any of your mates are interested) the other is a bit special at sub 6kg. I went from a 24" to the Hatchet no problem and haven't ridden the 24 since but I'd struggle keeping up with you guys

I bought a nimbus hatchet it was big mistake it'swery heavy and fat tire is hard to control ... For everyone who want nimbus hatchet dont lose money and buy kris holm,qx or maybe impact mtb unicycle

I won't lie. You do feel camber a lot more than other uni's but the faster you go the better 😂

Well, the rolling resistance is pretty high, because of the fat tyre. So it isn't easy to go fast, either. I've got a uni with 4" wide tyre, but smaller wheel. I am curious how it compares to the Hatchet, but I don't have the possibility to test any (yet). Thanks for the answer.

@@bogdandebuzau I have the hatchet (this one) and a 4 inch tire on a 20". The hatchet rolls smoothly through all terrain but the key is having the right length cranks. I use 100 mm ones and feel great and fast. except for climbing hills.

I've got the 26 inch hatchet with the maxis 4.8 inch wide tyre. Don't think there was and option for other sizes when I got it but because of the tyre size the wheel is about the same hight as a 29 inch oracle with the 3 inch tyre on it.

After a few minutes it's fine. My shin pads would catch every so often but that's it.

Why 29? The overall size of the 26 is the same as a normal 29 uni due to the massive tyre

I would definitely recommend it. It is so nice to ride and since I've had it I've only used my oracle twice
