Honestly I think this was meant to be part of the ocean update but they didn’t finish coding it and then decided it would be too hard and instead put in the ocean monument.. That might just be the world they were working with and didn’t think anyone would find that world

That eye looks exactly like the one I saw on a red zombie piglin I was flying in creative with cheats everything I also had mod with a sword that does nearly a million damage it took 50 hits then died then a demon with black horns red mouth for a second it stayed there for 5 seconds then vanished it basically killed me when I was in creative after that I left the game and deleted the world there is no shred of a doubt the eyes were exactly the same it happened again with the ender dragon when I was looking for a good seed but it was a month ago I only play on a iPad but I remember I put in fallin hades then a straight 10 random numbers
