I work at ulta and we are not paid by commission we are paid by the hour. I believe the only people paid by commission is specific brand representatives that will come in for their specific brand(s), but yes our job is to sell so I, and probably a lot of others, appreciate you taking the time to find all the products instead of asking the workers!! I love how these videos are so different but still so on theme. I really wanna see one where James does his normal make-up routine but applies the products by the date they were released - for example if the mascara came out in 2019 but the setting spray came out in 2015 then the setting spray would come first!

You should try to guess the star rating of products you’ve never used/ heard of before! For example, try a step in the routine like lip stick, rate it out of 5 or guess what you think it’s rated, and then reveal what it’s actually rated!! You could make a full face out of it
