I'd suggest using less primer. Usually when products ball up, its because there's too much product. So maybe only use one pump, or even a small pump(I think you pumped it twice?)

Hi Soph, I looked up your issue with the primer balling up. If you don’t exfoliate before hand with some primers your skin doesn’t fully absorb the primer and the unabsorbed primer is balling up. I hope this was helpful! Love your vids your such a queen 👑.

Hey Soph, I really enjoyed this video. I just wanted to thank you for not always blaming the product if it doesn't work immediately, like saying 'maybe it's because I put on too much eye primer' etc. I don't hear a lot of other youtubers doing that, while it is actually a feeling I often have while trying new make-up, I always think I did something wrong instead of thinking the product is sh*t 😅. Anyways, just wanted to tell you that, keep up the good work!

hi soph :) ily and ur videos. a lil trick for the acne scars : after u prime, pur concealer in the places u want to cover and let it fry, and apply your foundation after the concealer is dry. it works wonders
