Probably so. My wife never let's me pick the box off the shelf when we buy an appliance at the store. Guaranteed we will have to exchange it!

I bought one of these. My first one was defective. I contacted customer service via email. After visiting with Yesper, they replaced my unit. The new unit works great! It's is terrific when you find a company that stands behind their product! My new unit works wonderfully! Thank you, Yesper!
