No it doesn't. It says Service date on it meaning it was serviced by Microsoft and had its GPU replaced with a more reliable one

The 2009 service date ones were quite predictable. All of 'em usually have either X817791 GPUs or revised Rheas in them - both Zephyr and Xenon.

I just bought a refurbished Zephyr myself a week ago for 30 bucks. Any idea what kind of longevity I can expect? I suppose I should repaste it right away or can I play it without having to worry about it for a while? It's not likely to suffer some catastrophic, irreversible damage is it? Or will it overheat and cook the GPU?

In my opinion, I might like the 2011 version better than the 2012 (Latest) version. It is a classic after all! Also, @Win_7, I agree with that one. 2020 and up makes Metro so boring...
