Testing VAV boxs.

most important bit is to clean the airflow stations for each box. Then use a hood to verify if cfm matches BAS if not calibrate to the certified hood.

How much CFM is that? From the looks of the duct size I'd say right under 1500

Fyi: The whole point of the DDC system is to NOT have to go stand at the Vav But check-it Remotely !!!!!!!!!! No: it's not Testing it !!!!! Setting and maintaining Cfm set points is Testing it with a t-stat ??

This is what the boss wants. One guy checks its on the BMS and one guy checks it out in person.

They are verifying damper operation, whats wrong with a doing a visual once in a while instead of sitting behind the front end all day.

He's checking it remotely. One tech is at the front end opening and closing the damper "remotely" while the other tech is verifying visually.
