The Life Savers candy works, unless they changed the recipe since I did the same thing in the 80s. It just has to be pitch black, or nearly, and your mouth has to be open while you bite down on the candy. Can be seen with the naked eye. Probably very difficult for a camera to pick up. It might be possible to see more clearly if you can find a way to slowly crush the candy under a hammer or squeeze it in a vice of some kind.

The coca cola trick was not coca cola. It was iodine water. The vitamin c makes it go clear. The life saver trick will work, but it's not sparks it's like a bioluminescence
