This came out better than expected with the issues. And with the primer it looks like it’s a Texas sun faded car/barn find. Pretty cool.

I have maybe 25-30 Ferrari kits, and, boy! do I hope this isn’t one of them! Great job of working through the problems, though. Had the body broken on me, the Hovering Fist of Doom would have hammered it unmercifully. Way to keep your cool.

You should reward yourself with a Hasegawa 328 GTB. I've built the GTS and it was fantastic. Tamiya primer is good stuff. That 308GTB on the rear would be a good candidate for the eraser painting method. For what you were working with you did pretty dang well.

I've built one Hasegawa kit, the Lamborghini Miura, many years ago. I was impressed with it so I might trade down a few of their Ferrari kits.

Typically I would buy another kit and use just the body but this kit is so bad I probably would have just tossed the whole thing and pulled something else out of the stash. Also I would have stripped and repainted / recleared after that disaster with the haze, but again, terrible kit, not worth the trouble.
