I’m praying for peace . I’ve been suffering from severe panic attacks and anxiety. Last week , I had bad side effects which caused me to have seizures from a medication. You will overcome that! I been dealing with anxiety & stress and it’s not been easy. I just keep saying “God my worries belong to you!”.” Just say positive words outloud to transmute the negative thoughts so your mind will start realizing the big picture.
