Good review, I do like the pack overall. I'm a big systems guy, bought it for how lightweight it is, the straps are a must for comfort unless you're using it attached to an existing backpack. Once I have my system with it pinned down I'll try to remember to provide an update. I hunt primarily suburbs in Greater Philly and something this small is nice when the truck is less than 200 yards away on private property. Attached sticks to the bottom, molle pouch for calls, HYS strap is inside with platform. Two webbing straps over the outside could hold rolled up raingear or heavier jacket, perhaps a section of molle instead of two webbing straps to attach the call pouch to the outside of that.

I attached mine to the Alps Big Bear that I already had and it is perfect for the platform and attached with a little modification to the pack itself. Glad it did not come with the backpack straps for that reason.

Haha, an extra $30 sends the price over $100 for a tiny backpack. A military 3-day assault pack is less money, more durable, more molle, more space, more comfortable and it comes wth cushioned straps...lol I was actually thinking about getting it and attaching it to my assault pack, but you talked me out of it. Thanks man!
