I had this done and it hurt but it looks very good so far. The procedure only takes about 45 minutes but it stings and you can hear and smell skin being cinged. My skin was red for a day and a half but there was very little pain immediately after. My skin is tighter and is healing well, so I started vitamin C and retinol treatments. My skin looks great after about a month later. I would definitely recommend it.

Doc I trust your opinion My surgeons is getting a new laser next week called Tetra by Cartessa. It is supposed to be able to deliver co2 fractional and or cool peel. Is this a good machine? Am I understanding it correctly, you can choose co2 OR cool peel? I need the co2 for the tightening and from what I’m reading cool peel isn’t the best choice.
