Great pump, I had mine running almost nonstop for 15 years in a 2000 gallon garden pond with external filter and a waterfall. Only shut it off ounce a year in spring when I drained and cleaned pond.

***UPDATE** It's now 11/11/21 and the pump is still humming along. No issues. In another month I will be shutting this down in prep for Winter, but so far so good!!
