@@Patashu this one is actually quite the exception, usually it's either all wild blocks if the mode has them or all one colour if not, this is the only mode as far as i know that mixes wild with something else on stage 4. it's not that much harder but you do have to pay attention still and it did throw me off the first time

yeah the music is a bit hit or miss for me but I definitely appreciate that it's there and it's better than a lot of things out there, and there's also enough tracks to not get repetitive I guess what i'm saying is i can definitely feel that there's polish that went in there too it's just not fully my style

Tempted to get this for the sound effect of placing the rainbow block alone, that is a magical sound effect Description does a good job of explaining the block types and mechanics, but it does leave out that noise blocks seem to cheat and walk over wild blocks instead of being stopped by them (unless there's something else going on at 12:24?)

Oh that, every colour does this except for the antiblock, it's still painting until it meets the same colour it's just that wild blocks stay wild

there is straight up tetris hidden in there but it's spun as "this but without the colour mechanic" under the monochrome section of the spectrum modes, or under stage 4 of most game modes by making every block wild (this is the only mode so far i've beaten that has more than just wild on stage 4)

@@kernymi compared to the last demo it's mostly just got a lot more content (like the mode I'm showing there), but it feels about the same to play controls/feedback wise. I saw in the patch notes there's a few more advanced keybinds that are unassigned by default like a 180 bind but I didn't look yet

@Oshisaure yeah but I swear it's not immediate, it looks like they stay at the top for like a third of a second then just teleport down

@Lylcaruis right, that one is because there is a little bit of a delay between a piece being placed and the next piece being in play proper. most games that do that would not draw the next piece while this happens but tetrachroma does, so you see the piece hanging out at the top of the field before i have control of it and as soon as i do it's sent down with gravity
