Hello! beautiful dress. Was it hard to make returns? I'd also love to try one of their dresses before buying but I was worried about returns.

It wasn't hard at all! Although, they only ship with DHL, and I luckily had one nearby. Other than it possibly being a far drive, the return process was really easy!

Do you think the dresses run small or are they true to size? How was their customer service?

their customer service was great! personally I didn't know my dress size and so I ordered it in a custom size but I think their dresses run true to size.
