tewtiy money only counts for so much. You can only affect the paragons level with up to about 250,000 dollars. Pops and multiple tier 5's count for more

A lot of the paragon degree comes from the amount of pops the tier 5’s have before you make the paragon, all the pops from tier 5’s should be atleast 10 million

Tewtie, to get a high level, you either need more than three T5s, or you need to go to a really high round before upgrading it, to get a lot of pops. You literally couldn't have gotten higher that a 63 by yourself, and would have needed to upgrade it at the very end of round 130 to get even that.
