@@pradayou5405Not true. Maybe your sensationalized view of Texas. Texas is a very big state, just like California. There are plenty of affluent areas here where even billionaires are choosing to live here. And I’m not talking about Elon musk brining Tesla to Austin, or Google or all those other silicone valley people coming. I mean oil money billionaires etc. Frankly, I love both California and Texas. They’re really strong competitors, and thus why it’s always this exchange of people between us. It’s really hard for me to decide which place I prefer to live in for the long term. I’ll probably have to just bounce between both like I did at the beginning of my adulthood. PS, I agree with what you said about downtown. I’m from LA and lived in other parts of Cali. It’s not homeless people all everywhere. Not even possible because some climate isn’t even suitable for a homeless person to survive.

@@mrtopcat2I agree, when it comes to Californias location and year round weather it literally is the best state to live in. It literally has something for everyone across the board, from the laziest couch potato to the most extreme sport person. I always have family and friends telling me to move to their new home state for various reason’s. But I’ve already found my new home state, just been waiting on certain green lights to go through and I’m outta here. Born and raised in Cali and doing very well here but main reason for leaving is the politics, this state is only gonna be left with the low class criminals who can literally get away with murder with all these soft laws and the wealthy who don’t even know how to wipe their own buttocks by themselves. Not to mention the overcrowded ness, 24 hour traffic and rapey tax hikes on a daily.
@mrtopcat29 ай бұрын
@@YOUR_MOTHER_WENT_TO_COLLEGE You raise excellent points. However, I like to add that turning blue seems to be the trend across many states. Interestingly, with the exception of perhaps Tennessee, Oklahoma and some neighboring states, many state counties are red by only a small margin. One might counter, that a win is a win, but e.g. seeing Beto up getting such close to Abbot was somewhat ‘interesting’. So things are changing and might always change for the better and for the worse. Moving away and starting out somewhere new has it’s own cost, while in time the same issues might emerge at the new location as well.
@JohnTC98 ай бұрын
@@mrtopcat2 I think you are referring to the election of Beto & Ted Cruz for the US Senate in 2018 because the race of Beto & Greg Abbott for Governor in 2022 was almost 11 percentage point difference. The US Senate 2018 election was a close 2.5 point percent difference.
