I can’t imagine why people keep voting for him. I voted in the republican primary to try to get these guys out but wasn’t even close to being successful. I do think though that he’s too extreme to win a nation wide election. Probably too extreme for Texas too in a few years unless gerrymandering can carry him

The gerrymandering only applies to congressional House elections so it's a statewide vote for state AG and because there are so many Rs in Texas, he keeps winning. The things he champions are things many Texans agree with so it's hard to get rid of him when people support his views and actions. VERY frustrating!
