When I was in 8th grade, a group of my friends and I were watching the newer Texas Chainsaw in the complete dark. One of my friends got up and tried to turn on the kitchen light but ended up turning on the garbage disposal. It sounds exactly like a chainsaw and we all jumped 3 feet in the air. 😂😂 Great tutorial!

Is the mask a "One time use" considering it is made with flour? I've used flour in other projects and had mold issues with it.

One time use, really just better off sculpting with clay and molding it to pour latex or silicone into. This mask won't last long at all plus looks like a pain using the "flour mix" to sculpt with

Looks amazing. You could take a real chainsaw and take of the blade. The sound and the smell alone is enough to scare the crap out of most people :D. Could you do the makeup (even though the original was done in cgi) of season 4 of Breaking Bad where a bomb goes of in the hospital and half of the black guys face (I forgot his name) is missing and the socket bone is showing?

So you put them in the microwave for 10 seconds and they're supposed to peel off the cast? Cuz mine is still sticky and I put them 10 sec already. Does anyone know?

When you peel them off be sure that you apply a fair amount of translucent powder to the latex as you remove it. This will prevent them from sticking.

This mask is pretty simple yet gnarly looking. I like how it's more patch work like leatherface from the 2nd movie and still looks like recently chopped flesh. I'd give this a 9 out of 10, extremely well done!
