You ever hear of a place that used to be up in Austin on Guadeloupe? They had the best burger...sure it was only a half pound of meat, but the cooked it on the grill with all the stuffings inside the meat. The potatoes, the cheese, the bacon, the chives, the onion, the jalapenos, the diced tomatoes, the hatch chilies, the bean sprouts, the avocado slices, all put in 1/4 lb of burger meat, then molded together and placed on the grill for about 18 minutes til both sided were done, served with fries and a cup of chili or beans... Of course that was back in the day and it only cost about $2.95, but that was one of the best burgers I ever ate! Somewhere I've still got their menu... Name of the place was Mad Dag & Beans. It's gone now, but MAN, that was a burger to die for!

*I* wanna try that Reaper Tenders! I'm a spicy kinda guy and when I was moving furniture up in North Carolina, we found this roadside stand that sold al kinds of hot and spicy sauce. Naturally I had to try it, so I bought a kit with 3 different kids of hot sauce and I challenged all the guys to try it on a 1" square of beef brisket. Only 3 of us could swallow it and I made them my new supervisors at the shop whee I was the operations manager. The owner thought we were crazy for eating that sauce, but it was so HOT and so good we couldn't stop eating it... Of course we paid for it the next day, but it was a small price to pay...

I just do my sauce a little bit different. I mix cane syrup with honey, melt some butter in the honey and add it to the syrup. Then I add a little jalapeno juice and some chopped/diced jalapeno peppers and pour it all over the chicken. The waffles get all that without the jalapenos...maybe a dash of Tabasco Jalapeno sauce, then I'm good to go.

I do like the coleslaw on the sandwich...just not that into pickles. I like hot and spicy.
