I will appeal and ask for the lowest on their range and tell them, you know what I'll just sell my home were I planned to die at and give up the fight because I can't afford the taxes and insurance. I am tired of fighting for what I paid for 11 years ago. There is only 1 comp this year in my subdivision. Then they looked outside that. So what is the use.

I feel your pain 😢 my homeowners insurance is twice as much as it was just 2 years ago! Appraisal district is saying the market price of my home is twice what it was in 2019.. we sacrificed a lot to be able to get this house paid off but now taxes and insurance are as much as a mortgage payment😢
