Native Houstonian here. Texas has the plains, the piney woods in East Texas, the hill country (Austin area), tropical (beaches from Texas/Louisiana state line down to Texas/Mexico border) mountains (Big Bend Natl. Park) and flatlands/desert of West Texas. Leaving Houston and going west to California you are still in Texas when you’re halfway there (El Paso). South Texas has the King Ranch (read up on that!) and fruit orchards. You could take a two week vacation and spend it all in Texas and still not see close to everything. Love my state!!! And Buc-ee’s became famous because of their “pristine” bathrooms; not to mention the art for sale on the bathroom walls! Here’s a big “howdy” and “yee-haw” to the Thompsons! 😎✌🏻🤙🏻🤘🏻😎

Stumbled upon your channel this week, thoroughly enjoyed watching your videos so far. I can appreciate your story I am a technical director at a church, and one of the early videos you talked about your crazy hours and I can certainly relate to that. Have a wife and four children we recently bought our first RV and have thoroughly enjoyed traveling and seeing the country. We're not full time that's really not in the cards for us but I really enjoy your family and your story.

Welcome to Texas! I'll forgive you for not loving our beloved Tex-Mex! I am glad you got to experience Buc-ee's. Next time you pass one grab a Kolache or two and some fresh potato chips! You won't regret it! The coffee is pretty good, too! The kids at the museum was priceless, so cute. Such a fun age! Great vlog! I am just getting to know you guys, glad I found your channel. Hugs!

I took a photo of the inside of a gas station washroom also! I had to record that time I used a diamond plated really clean washroom...it’s just off the #10 at Redlands, California. It was super sharp looking. I think of Texas as a warm year round type of place but that may be just the southern part as it IS a huge state!

Yeah, it’s a really great idea in theory, it’s just not for us. We didn’t choose to renew it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Those are my thoughts too, not that I’d qualify for a membership.🇨🇦 Great concept but reverse polarity in more than one campground! (A “you had one job” type of thing & they don’t seem to care enough to fix it)
