Good morning friend. It really is impressive. The working conditions have been tough this week with a lot of missed and strong winds but they still get the job done. There are artists who make money doing sand sculpting, creating them for hotels, bars, restaurants, malls, weddings, etc. Really, not surprising as they are very talented and their art is enjoyable.

Good afternoon Dale. I hope you're having a good day buddy. I'm gonna go back to the Sam Fest on Monday. Most of the crowd will be gone, and hopefully I can get some good shots of the sand sculptures. Filming an event like that is a KZbin nightmare with all the different music going on. Every car and every event has their own music so you have to drop the sound and add the sound of the waves and the water. It really takes up a lot of time. Hopefully I can just do a nice drive-by on Monday and get some photos and video. I hope you're doing well, my friend. I appreciate you.

Hello friend. It's really neat to see the process. They're out there working in really tough conditions this week and fighting the mist and heavy winds we have been getting. Fortunately today the sun is shining. I hope it makes it easier on them. I'm not even going there this weekend. I won't even set foot on the island until Sunday night. Way too crowded. Hopefully I can get some sand sculpture photos and video on Monday. Wound up going to Goliad yesterday and got some cream of jalapeño soup with my buddy Greg. It was a very good day.

I have so many detailed videos from Goliad that I just didn't want to put out the same thing. More of a hangout session for Greg and I. We did get some cream of jalapeño soup. If you ever get a chance, I highly recommend it.

I saw a dolphin in front of the second ship that came in. I even watched this twice to be sure. It's 4:20 AM 4/18 and did get something accomplished yesterday and have something to get done today. I am loving seeing the water. Hope your doing well. Thanks!!!

I really enjoyed my K cup when I lived indoors. Had wanted home and wanted the office. I was kind of devastated that my truck didn't have enough power to operate one. Fortunately, I have found that McDonald's coffee is acceptable. I don't really like Starbucks and I don't even mind instant coffee to be honest. You can get used to just about anything. Think the hardship is sleeping in my truck. The hardship is the quest for good coffee.

I’m a sucker for a McDonalds iced coffee.💕 Love my Keurig but find myself turning to instant coffee a lot these days. It’s less expensive and there’s some tasty options nowadays! Especially the stick packs in our humidity. Whew, really sticky here today. Take care!

Hey Doug. Good morning buddy. I agree with you 100%. I spent a few nights on the beach and the wind and sand were pretty brutal. No campfires going anywhere. Very soothing now. Good morning Dennis! Thanks for providing my dose of much needed Vitamin Sea on a dreary Pennsylvania morning. There was a dolphin jumping at the bow of the Eagle San Antonio and another between it and the sea wall. I really enjoyed seeing the sand sculptors at work. Hey Jamie. I believe those artist travel from event to event throughout the United States and literally the world. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the New Jersey or Delaware or Maryland beaches. Hey Thelma. Thank you friend. You know you live in a beautiful area as well. I try to point the camera just showing the good things. Rockport has its rundown areas and issues with drugs and alcohol. Alcohol abuse. Aransas his self is a pretty clean community, but of course I try not to show any negativity. Showing a dead dolphin occasionally just as part of the life cycle. By the way, that dolphins been sitting there for over a week now and it has washed up to where the rocks are by that dilapidated pier off Street. It's a shame. The same thing happened when a dead leatherback turtle wash the shore. They put up all these signs with numbers to call and then nothing happens.

I always thought the ships were neat, but since I started Boondocking and becoming aware of the app, it's more predictable to know when they are coming and going and a lot of times at the Corpus Christi ship channel you can get pretty close to them.
