Amazing job as always dude everything looked delicious. Team cheese all the way and a club sandwich is hard to beat. As for what constitutes a burger? For me once it’s a ground meat formed into a patty and put inside some sort of bun that’s a burger, anything else is a sandwich!

Definitely Team Cheese ! I know you’re not a cheese fan but for me it helps the burger not be flat or occasionally dry ! Most the time good burgers are cooked to perfection and not dry in TEXAS! Texans love beef and love juicy burgers! Thanks for visiting Texas again! Texans love Joel Being from Texas they’re all my favorites but the double cheeseburger is so well equated with this style restaurant! It screams delicious Texas beef 🥩 No ketchup on cheese steak sandwiches! The veggies and beef need to shine and the cheese is key

I like to dice some onions and mix them with the ground beef and patty them, put em on the grill, a little KC Masterpiece on top when done, some extra grilled onions, and toast the bun on the grill...🔥🔥🔥
