Actually, the SCOTUS wanted to use their time more wisely. The Texas case encompasses the issues the Kelly case did. Why hear both cases when the Texas case covers the Kelly case. They went for the bigger case that was more outcome determinative. Don't read anything into the rejection of the Kelly case. It will be addressed in the Texas case.

Lots of ignorance that's for sure. It might be best to give this a day or two before getting too excited. Today was "safe harbor day" the day when all the states (except West Virginia) have certified their electoral votes. Next Monday they cast those votes. I wonder if the Supreme Court even has any jurisdiction over the state results at this point. This lawsuit might have been much more effective about a month ago. I do think it's probably unlikely that the state of Texas has any clout here especially as it relates to other states' certified results. This may be just the last of Trumps hail Marys. I guess we'll see won't we?

The truth is that what the United States Supreme Court just did was refusal to grant Mike Kelly’s application for injunctive relief, which in effect would have put on hold the certification of Pennsylvania electors by the Governor and Secretary of State before the end of “Safe Harbor” deadline of December 8 as required by the Constitution. However, the substantive case challenging ACT 77 which permitted universal mail-in ballots is still pending before the Supreme Court on Merit.

Act 77 was a great law for PA voters. Going forward, the legislators should adopt what Florida does: allow the early ballots to be processed and counted as they come in. That way, PA would be able to report their results by the end of election night.

John Gary: I don't know. I just know that before this year we had polling places in our specific precincts if you voted in person. This year was a first, that you could go vote wherever it was convenient in person. That was for the primaries and the election itself. But, we have been voting via mail-in ballot for over 20 years. But, since I wanted my vote to be scanned in to count for sure, voted in person. However they made us use Sharpies, and those votes were thrown out because they bleed through, so my vote didn't count. Also, he was saying that Arizona was going to throw the votes out where they were not offered in the correct precinct. But, it wasn't set up that way this year. Very puzzling ...

Alabama, Oklahoma and Louisiana, joined Texas. The Supreme Court has Original Article III jurisdiction over suits between states. This case will be heard by the Supreme Court!!! Contrary to false media reports, the Pennsylvania case was not rejected and is still on the docket. The SC did not grant an injunction most likely because the Texas case was filed and the cases will be joined because they raise the same issues.

From what I understand , the Kelly case was not rejected, the emergency part of it was rejected. So I assume it is still active but could take a long time and still be rejected.

I'm trying to stay open minded regarding all of these allegations, but I'm very concerned that our courts seem to be ignoring everything. The attorneys are doing a great job gathering and presenting evidence, but to no avail. What an I missing?? Are the "conspiracy theories" coming to fruition? Help me understand.

The courts aren’t ignoring anything at all. They are actually paying very close attention to what the attorneys are filing and there is no evidence. They’re doing their job.

I don't think trumpeting out an audible fart during a fake hearing in which none of the people offering testimony where sworn in under oath, hair dye melting down Rudy's face live on TV, and holding a press conference in front of a landscaping company nestled between a sex shop and a crematorium constitutes a great job of presenting evidence. Tell me I'm wrong and that all the above is part of some grand legal strategy.

If you do some research, in one year back when the Clintons were in state politics (probably about 40/50 yrs ago) 3 people on their staff mysteriously “died” when they got too close to a fraudulent truth.

I propose a movie script of a criminal person became with winner of President of the United States of America. Well the original President left town as not to attend. He was not found on any military base, no FBI, CIA, No United Nations. At the Ingratiation the criminal person wanted to show the previous President and family, so as being nuts he got fake impersonators, they would be cursed and abused by the new president. All the criminals were there and when the fireworks began the accident began --- all were killed. The original President got the information and said “I can help” and if all the criminals are dead, I did not do it and will use the other parties quote “PROVE IT”.
