Hi brother James , hope you're well I haven't seen you in a while . Ribs looked great sweated in but didn't look like much pepper in the SPG rub , bet they tasted good though . All the best 👍

Yeah, i noticed the same thing. Bill’s rub has some of his Texas Rib Grind in it too but I like to add a little extra coarse black pepper. I didn’t do that in this video cause I wanted to showcase those two rubs. I personally would’ve added a little more pepper.
