They need to make all the seating red or black and update the press box areas that blue tinted glass looks old

Agreed on the press box. BUT, If I were head of design/construction/whatever I would wait to see how the next few years play out with attendance because if attendance is in the 90% range for MOST games, you could argue that there could be a multi-stage project to not only renovate and update the press boxes, but to also add seating at higher levels. Would probably start with a tear down of the home side press boxes, design it to have seating around it. Then the year after, tear down visitor side press boxes, renovate and add seating there, then add more seating on the North end zone area. Plus having higher seating areas could allow even cheaper tickets so anyone could go to the games for like 5 bucks if they REALLY wanted to go. There are so many possibilities out there for how this could look and I would not doubt that Coach and Hocutt are talking about this exact plan. (mostly since we lost a bit of seating with the new SEZ)

The glass is not tinted blue. It’s looks that because of the sky’s reflection on it. The same is true of the glass on the 6th Street side of the SEZ.

It looks good but there is an important thing to mention here. Normally building a house takes 6 months avg and the person in charge of this project did not contemplate all the contretemps in order to complete this project on time. I know a project can take one month more but the last details take a lot of time and I do not see this to be completed in the least 15 days before the first game. It will take at least 3 to 6 months to finalize all the details. 250 million is not a joke to play with. Wondering if there is going to be a fine to the company in charge of this project.

The SEZ will be done in time for first game. The Womble Football Center got pushed back a couple months but to go from demolition to full structure in 2 years is pretty incredible.

@@44Creacy Didn't TAMU basically rebuild their entire stadium in two years and did it in two phases so they did not miss a single game or seat during that time. Phase 1 they did the east side and endzone before the 2014 season and then did the west side before the 2015 season. All ahead of schedule and under budget. It's taken us 2 years to get an endzone, we didn't have seating there for last season, and they had to delay the Womble 2 months just to get the SEZ back on track to be finished for this season. The original timeline had the "SEZ substantial completion May 2024" and move in finished by mid June 2024. They are well behind that timeline.
