I guess this only works in colleges in CONUS... this wouldn't be wise in Latino America. A volleyball varsity female team wouldn't call out a basketball male team to a volleyball game and set the net for girls height. Back home most college athletes played baseball, volleyball and basketball at some point in their life and many played 2 sports through high school and just pick a scholarship for one sport. These guys don't seem to have played before... if these girls had tried that back in my University they would be just getting Mikasa tattoos on their foreheads or concussions, LOL!
