I’ve commented this before. This really shows that simplicity is really luxury. Simple and nice and so clean. Not over kill but nothing overlooked at the same time. The sealed floors wow. Over all perfect home in my opinion. Would really like to have this myself!

The saying that a plumber has leaky pipes , electricians house burned out bulbs. Maybe for a builder it's never finished. But I didn't see any of that here. Quite the quality build! And awesome design touches such as matching the backsplash with exterior trim. The niches and fabio tile work. I see the missus' touch as well turning a barndo into a homedo. I like the Idea of a Texas type Barndominium. On a slab with floor heat and solar/wood as a back up. Massive ceiling fans, not a big building but tall with walk in closets, steam/showers etc. Cost effective on the structure upgrades on the amenities. Haha, on the other hand I'd be happy living in a shipping container.

Hey, Leroy! All these folks have oohed and ahhhed on the colors and the trim, and some were tripping on the tile work, beutiful btw! But I'm a plumber, with a different take altogether- great tubs and the master shower is a joy to behold- your vanity choices were superb. And the kitchen is to die for! Bet you married a great cook, too boot! From a West Texas Anglo- Vaya, my friends! Loved the shoe carousel- as a concept, I can see that being reshaped as a kitchen corner pantry- it would hold a lot but definitely better bearings! See you already have a "honey doo" list!

This is a gorgeous barndo, Leroy, congrats! Also, that simply safe system seems like a pretty good solution for home security. I like the fact that it's totally wireless, which makes it easy to retrofit in any home.

Excellent pad, congratulations Leroy. The cabinetry and the double vanity in the master bath are particularly nice looking. Personally, I would have stained the baseboards, door trim, and the window sills in the same color as the doors and cabinets, rather than painting them white. If you run the 2 by 6 boards through a jointer, you can get them super straight, no need for foot molding.

That master bed, bath, and closet are stunning!! The only thing I would change is the tub, from a jet to a clawfoot👌also love that they thought of storage and easy access in the attic!! Beautiful home!

Love it. Excellent craftsmanship throughout. I love Leroy's (or his wife's) choice of the laundry room sink. I'm curious about the Montana blend thing (being a Montanan). Was that the rock part? And have you ever built anything in any other state besides Texas? If (and hopefully when) I get SSDI, I want to get something like this built. I want to do a half house half shop type thing. I love your Barndo, I just have an issue with the spigot on the tub being dead center of the tub. As we get older that will be harder to use; why not have it near the wall so that getting in would be easier?
