Mosin guy got it done with a $80 rifle and a $300 scope. There’s dudes with $5-6K set ups who haven’t hit in 10 rounds lol

There's certainly some know-how involved (load data, dope, wind read, etc) but ultimately he held the gun still and squeezed the trigger 🤙.
@Bellicose03 Жыл бұрын
@@twistednixon2911 well yeah, but it’s also 1000 yards. It’s not as hard as people try to make it sound. That being said it’s not easy to hit a 1 moa or .5 moa target at that range. My point being the kid would shoot and make an adjustment. Some of these people I swear don’t use their reticle to measure their adjustment. It’s not that hard. Some might be from variation In load, but some I’ve watched I’m like holy crap this dude is just putting round after round in the same spot. Mind you I shoot long range and extremely long range in sustained 8-12mph wind and sometimes gusts as much as 20. But if a kid with a mosin and a swfa fixed 10 can do it then the dude with the AI and the khales should be able to is my point.

One of the most entertaining shooters and rifle thus far. I think everyone was rooting for him to get it done with the Mosin, great job.

This young man with mosin seems to be very familiar with his rifle. The consistency of impacts, very good triger job. More than another older shooters with much better equipment in this challenge. To achieve this with scopemout fixed in rearsight holder and milsurp rifle layed on ammobox and bag... He shows that sometimes you do not need so much expencive equipment. Very good job, respect.

Mosin Nagant accuracy is better with the bayonet attached. Apparently, the Russians knew about barrel vibrations as the bullet traveled through and the Bayonet helped curb the vibrations.
@ВинниПух-у5п7 ай бұрын
On a sniper rifle, zeroing was carried out WITHOUT a bayonet. In the infantry - with a bayonet. Because an infantry rifle was considered “brought to a combat position” precisely with a bayonet attached.
