Continue to break down of questions together. And identifying those keywords and phrases. And just going by the best answer.

Learning all the different vocab words is great. I like how well explained it all is.

The example that had the 3,9 standard was a very good breakdown.

Another great video with more questions that I have not seen. Again, more practice in breaking down and explaining why the questions is correct. I also learn what UDL means.

I think these questions helped me understand that it is important to apply close reading to address every part of the question regardless if it was a short question that seemed straight foward. Thank you for the breakdown!

Emailing a student is more appropriate because it is used for educational purposes instead of communicating by text messages or social media.

On question 5, I like that they included the jigsaw activity as part of the scenario. The way you broke that strategy down and helped me understand the goal was awesome, thank you.

Thanks for the breakdown and elaborating the answer choices. Made me think more critically and slow down before choosing an answer.

When going over questions I try to get rid of two answer choices to only have two that make the most sense, which makes it easier to pick the correct answer. Thank you for elaborating and going over the questions.

Hey Stephanie, for question 52 you respond with the correct answer being 3. asking students for their cell phone numbers at the beginning of the school year. But you don't elaborate why. I would think E-mailing a student would be a more appropriate response because emails are monitored by the school district and would be a transparent form of communication. Am I wrong?

Email was the right answer. I thought I said that. 😅

You are right. Monitored forms of communication are the way to go, always. But there are instances where you can have a students number, like a coach or sponsor for UIL.

No, I'm not sure why they are number that way. I collected the pedagogy questions from Pearson questions for content specific pedagogy. I think my goggle docs just ran with it.
