Before 1947, there was never an exhibition of any kind. In 1951, there was first Railway Exhibition ever. It was all inside a few coaches of a special train which was parked on the last railway track near railway quarters across from RAKH BAGH. my brother and I went to see the evolution of Indian Railways. It was very interesting to see the various models of trains and locomotives running on tracks as in real life. Thank you, Dr. Shripaul Ji and Mr. Bhola Ji
