Text behind effect // DaVinci Resolve 18 Tutorial

In this tutorial, you can learn how to add text behind person or text behind object. Basically text behind any moving object. We will do it together, in this video editing tutorial using DaVinci Resolve 18. This is a step-by-step tutorial for beginners but if you are an advanced user, maybe you will learn something new as well.

Is there a way you can do this for a video. So like i cropped a video so that its shaped of a circle but i want to put it behind a person in a video. So like 2 videos overlay but the circle part is behind the person in the 1st video.

I prefer the first one because I don’t have the studio version But you can achieve a similar effect as the second one in the color page using qualifiers to separate the subjects from the background

yeah that's typical. I'm supposed to be getting notices about events like these. I don't hear shit until at least 1 to 2 years AFTER the event is over. And, I don't have the time to be shopping and plying the internet trying to find these "giveaways..." I'm a licensed Davinci Resolve Studio user. you need the licensed studio version of Davinci Resolve. But here's the thing. If you buy the studio version and get a license, that is the last time you will EVER need to buy the program. Every single update and upgraded version is free to all licensed owners. I know... I'm one of them. And no, they did not ask or pay me to say this. They don't even know I said this. I upgraded from the free version after only using it one time, and have never regretted doing so.
