I don't have all of those shapes available to me, the butterfly more specifically. How did you get all of those shapes added?

They are default in my newest Photoshop CC version. You can search google "butterfly photoshop shapes" and install them. It is quick and easy.

Hmm, it might not be in the version you are using. There are many butterfly shapes you can get for free.
