I am absolutely BAWLING at the video of the first ever sewing machine. A parent listening to their child and providing the means for that child to be successful? i am so happy I am inconsolable. This is so cool! To take your site to the next level, I recommend the following to help make your website more accessible to all (if you haven't already done so) - use background + text color combinations with high levels of contrast - add alternative text to your images - make sure your text can be picked up by a screenreader (typically if you can highlight it with your mouse you're good) Happy designing! ❤

This is absolutely amazing. I embroider and have been hand sewing since I was a kid. I've been struggling to call myself an artist. I haven't been to art school and I don't sell my work. I'm mostly upcycling my own clothes, but anything else I make ends up being given away.

What a unique and creative website! Looking at it in the video I'm concerned with it being not very accessible, as some have already pointed out (font is difficult to read, and does not have enough contrast to it's background). The menu, navigation and scroll direction is creative, but I wonder if works on mobile? I'd hate for someone to not explore your portfolio due to technical difficulties, so these are some things to consider :)

May I ask what website builder you're using for your website? I love how free it allows you to be! The one I'm currently using feels so restrictive!

@@KabangIAm hi!!!! I used Readymag because it’s so free! It definitely means you have to spend more time to get it perfect (also adjust mobile version of the site) but I think it’s worth it. I used to use Wix because they were quite free as well but I stopped using them when they fired employees for posting pro-Palestine things. Readymag is also a MEGA upgrade I think it’s so awesome!!!
