TEXTILE TALK: A Change of He(art): SAQA artists Linda Anderson, Charlotte Bird, and MartyO (VMOTA)

Change has been all around us: COVID, global warming, politics, social justice issues, and personal changes. Linda Anderson, Charlotte Bird, and Marty Ornish are all accomplished artists. The last three years have brought lots of opportunities to test where they have been and where they want to go. 2023 is an opportunity to think about how changes have influenced their work and process.

Studio Art Quilt Associates, Inc. (SAQA) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote the art quilt: "a creative visual work that is layered and stitched or that references this form of stitched layered structure."
