The Vietnamese factory has newly installed two lines of waste cloth recycling machines produced by our company, and two lines of 3+9 waste cloth recycling machine production lines.
We use a double head and two feeding ports to start. The two feeding ports only require one manual operation. There is a second machine for secondary opening, followed by a nine-section opening machine for combing. It is equipped with a hydraulic cotton baler and an automatic baler process. In addition, it is equipped with a dust removal system, which is more environmentally friendly and cleaner.
The 3+9 waste cloth recycling machine production line is widely used for the opening of any raw materials, garment factory scraps, waste clothes, linen, waste silk and other raw materials. The recycled cotton produced can easily spin any number of 6-19, improve the weaving rate, no broken ends, no red lights and other characteristics.
