Texture Matches found in San Francisco Rush 2049

This video showcases what the game would look like if some of the textures pulled from libraries weren't down-scaled. Most of these textures appear only in the N64 and Dreamcast versions of the game, as the developers at Atari nearly created every texture used in-house for the Arcade version.

Great stuff. Still wish we had a proper arcade arrangement of Wingey without it getting cut off near the end like Garage was.

I've contacted both artists that had a hand in that song. Furthest I have is a recreated master of the N64 song (the one that's uploaded on my channel.) It might be possible to isolate portions of the audio in wingey due to the arcade having 5 or 6 audio channels or whatever it is. If that's possible then it's also possible to apply the reverb effect to the Night portions and jerry-rig an ending together. Not sure how great it would sound but it's the only way to do it if Mike Henry doesn't still have his master for the song.

Loved watching this, quality content. The sequences of driving the car to a specific spot and pulling the camera out of bounds to show off a texture could really work well as a credits montage, where lets say the car is speeding toward a big jump or shortcut, but instead you freeze and pull the camera around the corner to a dev's face on a sign or some funny easter egg, various rush music playing in the background just like in this video.

Also I'll add. Eventually I'll be making a trailer for Legacy Edition. I could probably do several shots like that, but other shots will be possible via camera value manipulation. For example, you can use the same camera config that gets used when you finish a race (the one that circles around the vehicle.) You can also use a variety of the attract mode only camera angles. Very useful for showing off new paintjobs.

0:37 BRKWEA_T came with some 3DS 2.(something) addon pack of some sort, either Michal Franc gave it to them or he's repacking it 1:07 PLATEOX2 Is also in the World-creation toolkit, same with 2:57 ALUMOX
