Tey pulao
For daal
* 200gm mutton
* 200 gm toor daal soak
For daal masal roasted n powder
* 1/2 tsp cumin whole
* 1/2 tsp sof whole
* 1/2 tsp black cumin whole ( shahi jeera)
* 1/2 tsp whole coriander
* 1/2 tsp black pepper whole
* 5 clove
* 2 green cardamom
* 1 small mace
* 1 star anise
* 1 cinnamon stick
* 1 black cardamom
Roste all masala and grind to powder
Whole spice for daal
* 1/2 tsp cumin white
* 1/4 tap black cumin
* 2 bay leaves
* 1 small stat anise
* 1 small black cardamom
* 3-4 clove
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1 cinnamon stick
* 2 green cardamom
Other ingredients for daal
* 1 chop onion
* 5 geen chilli
* 7-8 curry leaves
* 3 medium tomato slice
* 2 tsp garlic paste
* 2 tsp ginger paste
* 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
* 2 tsp red chilli powder
* 1 tsp coriander powder
* 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
* 1/2 tsp kasoori merhi ( fenugreek )
* 1 tbsp ground daal masala
* 2 tbsp Freeh coriander
* 1 tbsp fresh mint
Bagaar
* 1 small onion slice
* Pinch of cumin
* 1/4 tsp rosted daal masala
* 1/4 tsp kashmari chilli powder
For pulav
* 200 gm rice
* 50 gm whole masoor
* 100 gm toor daal ( pegion lentil)
* 1 tbsp onion golden brown
* 1 tsp cumin whole
* 1/2 tsp black pepper whole
* 4-5 whole green chilli
* 6-7 curry leaves
* 1 bay leaves
* 3 clove
* 2 tbsp yogurt
* Boil Potatoes as needed
* 2 Tomato chunks
* Fresh coriander
Baggar for masoor and toor daal
* 1 medium onion slice
* 8-10 curry leaves
* 1 tsp red chilli powder
* 1/2 tsp coriander powder
* 1/2 tsp turmeric
* 1 tsp whole cucumin
* 4-6 whole green chilli
* 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
