@@Beardstrings I think the certificate they give is "MARKSHEET CUM PASS CERTIFICATE" check it once. I had the same doubt. But if they ask for a separate pass certificate then I also don't have any.

You can narrate your problems to the counselling body along with an application. But you should also try to get the certificates by some means as it is essential as per the notification.

So even if my attend the counselling is there any surity of getting a good BRANCH only then I'll attend. Else There's no worth of joining.
