There was a point I heard someone mention somewhere. It was something like: if the rate of crime decreases by 40%, but the reports on it double, then people will still think there's more crime. I did something similar the other day on Uncletopia, instead of jumping, I ran to different low grounds and slopes. The thinking was, if I only see their heads, every shot that hit's should be a headshot... I found the path under the point on koth_highpass to be quite effective.
