for jump sitood you probably could've just bound space to swimup in the settings menu, since the rules are that you can't jump, not that you can't swim up

I did do that, but the swim up button doesn't make you skim across the water in the same way as holding jump

Most of my hours jumping are spent on demo. I don't think I have any top times that aren't bonuses. I have a top time on jump_flood as soldier tho, but that's a gimmick map so it doesn't count. My hardest soldier completion is Owakare and hardest demo completion is probably jasmine

Some weird shinanigens is going on with the sentry spawns. The position determines if it's a red or blue sentry, and for whatever reason it's almost always fookin' red. I was highly suspecting this the first time you managed to spawn a blue sentry, but the fact that you can spawn loads of blue sentries on top of each other confirms this. It also tells us that these spots are blobs which gives you a bit of leeway instead of my initial thought of it being an exact coordinate.

Sitood is actually completely doable with just stock or the original. Jump 11 is definitely the hardest but there is a way, and 19 is possible with just a crouched triple, and then you go up the wall you would do the Speedrun strat on anyway
