i have a theory that since there are so few heavy mains/good heavy players in general, most casual players don't know how to counter them when they end up in a match against one and think they're cheating i main heavy and i've been accused of hacking far more often since i've started putting more time into him, and obviously fatmagic gets accused of hacking a lot since he's extremely good at the game but it mostly happens to him when he's playing sniper or heavy

People just hate losing and when they see something "odd" they use it and call out hacks. I watch fatmagic's videos all the time and it's sad to see the fact that he can't even play a game because of how good he is. I love IndieSpaghetti's offense at being spychecked for acting suspicious. It reminds me of those spies who hide in one of the spy spots at the start of Badwater (between the rocks at spawn doors, at the base of the left staircase, to the left of the entrance to the tunnel, etc.) and then think you're cheating because you're shooting at the place where *every* spy hides and there are three spies running around.

@boldCactuslad
@boldCactuslad 2 жыл бұрын
rage heavy is someone who switches to heavy when he is getting owned. it used to be just 'a thing' but now it is a reference to a STAR_ video. Calling rage heavy is meant to imply that you aren't good enough at the game to defeat the other player with skill, you relied on high hp and an automatic weapon instead. It's a bit silly since heavy requires the enemy to be out of position, or to be seriously outplayed by you getting close to them (say, behind them) unnoticed. ofc anything, even a slow class like heavy, is good against bad players.

the king kong heavy is the perfect example of an independent heavy, very rare and almost always will crush you regardless if he has a medic or not, not a weak ass "heavy main" that needs a pocket 24/7 and just "haha gun go brr" brainlet.

So the "quirks" of champion heavy are as follows: - Crits on building destroyed - never switches off of primary except to heal - gets enough kills to be called a hacker I look forward to Champion Soldier

I remember maining heavy a few years ago, and getting pretty good at it for having just started the game. Haccusations were a fairly common occurrence, with it seemingly being because, "Heavy is one of the worst classes in the game."

My theory is that Heavy is seen as such a weak class that for average players seeing a heavy constantly mow down enemies in an open space and challenging snipers at a distance can only be seen as cheating. If this ain't enough proof we need a heavy update idk what is.
