As a lower level player who probably might never enter the comp scene, this video doesn't give particularly valuable info to me the way it might give info to mid to higher level players, but i enjoy it all the same.

bind (key) "load_itempreset 0" change the 0 to whatever loadout slot u want also make sure to enable the "respawn on loadout switch" option in advanced options

1:43:55 The way this engie loses his sentry really shows that people aren't very experienced with playing the Jag engie (or just engie in general) in 6s. You can do so much insane bullshit with Jag, like redeploy-tanking the sentry using the redeploy HP regen (It takes 1.5 seconds for it to finish redeploying and begin upgrading to next level). You can literally just move it away from the spam and redeploy somewhere else, because it's only going to take around 4 seconds (for level2) for it to get back into the firing state (almost like the wrangler). You might say that if you just redeploy it gives an opening, but you have your own team to cover you and even then, what are they gonna do? The soldiers just shoot half their clip into the sentry, they gonna bomb with 1 or 2 rockets in the clip? Not to mention they gonna have to get through your team's spam first. The 6s engies are too quick to give up on their sentries, they can be so much more annoying and so much harder to deal with than they currently are.

How do you get perfect stops? That looks pretty useful, to be able to stop at absolutely 0 velocity sometimes. I usually only get to about 2~ units of a perfect stop, so while it's a good stop, I still end up moving for a split second. I don't use null-canceling movement though, so maybe that'd help.
