A short animation I made in blender about how the bonk is made in tf2, scout's drink which makes him invulnerable for 8 seconds. I read in the label it contains radiation, so.

I really like how you somewhat followed the real steps used to make soda cans. The body is made of a single disc of aluminium stamped multiple times to get the shape (this was hidden inside the machine for a good reason), the decoration/logo is applied, the drink is dispensed and the can is sealed. Good accuracy to TF2 and great animation overall

Headcanon: Bonk! Atomic Punch hides some medications that counters side effects from excess Radiation, although it can't block all the things. As such, it became a policy and a basic survival trick for any good scouts to always wait a certain period of time between each drinks.
