Old animation I did in August 2008, back when I was really into TF2. Someone asked me to put it on KZbin because they couldn't watch it in its native Flash, and I was surprised that I didn't already have it up here in its entirety.

I had originally planned on featuring the other classes at least in background roles, but since they weren't critical to the story and making a character takes a fair amount of work, they had to be dropped so that the project would be completed on time.
Disclaimers from the original post:
*Note: my depiction of Pyro Jr. with a caucasian skin and wearing what may be seen as male clothing does not represent what I think Pyro looks like under his/her suit. It was merely an artistic choice.
I had some other nit-picky type things to mention in regards to game accuracy, but I can't recall what they were at present.
I hope Pyro's' identity is never revealed because if it was it would ruin his/her identity as PYRO. The mask IS Pyro.
Art and animation are all by me, character design is based off of the regular TF2 models, just kiddie-fied. Team Fortress 2 is (C) Valve, blah blah blah I don't own it, the two piece of music used ("Team Fortress 2" and "Rocket Jump Waltz") are also (C) Valve.

Scout would be the one to out-run the bus that he misses. Solider would be the one to make everyone act like a soldier. Pyro would set the science classroom on fire. Demoman would be drinking apple-juice boxes. (Now With More Alcohol Flavor!) Heavy would eat sandvich's for breakfast and lunch. Engineer would make sand-sentry's all day. Medic would be the nurse's kid-assistant. Sniper would head shot everyone with paper arrows. Spy would be the one to get all the charming ladies.
