When I used to play TF2 I remember using the Fan o' War, The Force of Nature, and The Cleaver. The goal was to mostly get behind the enemies as a scout does, wack them with the fan, and either shoot them with the force of nature or use the clever and watch them bleed as I miss my two shots. I don't know why I really like the Cleaver Fan combo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

For an even worse scout loadout, hear me out: Baby Face's Blaster Winger Sandman The downsides -15 health -10% movement speed -34% clip size Lose boost when hit or double jumping -60% secondary clip size The "upsides" Gain boost on hit +15% secondary damage +25% jump height when active Launch a ball that slows enemies (which is easily bypassed by spamming A and D)

I still think the all mini-crit loadout is worse than this, because Sandman does help BFB get Boost safely, BFB deals normal Scattergun damage and its Boost isn't bad. I guess Winger does not help the loadout that much, except for utility. Backscatter is the only real damage dealer in the loadout featured in the video, and its mini-crit barely, and I mean BARELY outperforms the Scattergun/BFB in terms of overall damage. At least the Sandman deals way more damage than the Fan o' War and does it from long range, which in turn helps gain Boost. ... Scout really doesn't have that many horrible loadouts. Sandman is bad, bad, but it still can synergize with a lot of weapons. Shortstop and BFB, in particular. Even without the slowdown effect.

Kinda feel like the wacky juice is actually the weak link in this wacky loadout, there are so many bits where you drink it and then die soon after, in part because you are marked for death. The other stuff at least doesn't make you more vulnerable.

Honestly would be cool if the backscatter had the minicrit into full crit mechanic, but if it had that ability they'd have to hardcore nerf it to make up for that luxury. I kinda want them to give it the dragon's fury effect where it's kinda weak, but landing one minicrit would cause its rate of fire to skyrocket.
