Solution: use text chat. Nobody will know if your vocabulary and demeanor is mature enough. I used to do that when I was a squeaker and everybody thought I was 17. When your voice deepens then start using voice chat. Also make your steam name something funny that makes you look more "mature". When you get salty don't show it just leave the server and find a new one. You have control over how you respond. There's no reason to ever show somebody how mad you are because that just leads to them messing with you more. Take this all from a former professional annoyance and former squeaker. Playing games online suck when you're a kid. You don't fit in with the older crowd, so they bully you to make themselves feel better and they know you can't do anything. It's also the best time to make some long lasting friends too. I've made some good friends from TF2 back in the day when I was just a dumb kid. Don't lose hope kiddo stay strong. Don't let anybody drag you down because of your voice. Don't let those temporary discomforts make you insecure. Enjoy the game. This is also general life advice not just TF2 advice. When you become an adult you'll understand.
