Thanks for your work on it! The only two major suggestions to make the thing more fun would have to be nerfing the Cloak and Dagger to have a cooldown on reveal and nerfing the B.A.S.E Jumper to have a cooldown on deploy, but those aside, it's a very fun gamemode and the fact that losing makes you winning means it's just a really nice thing to spend lots of time with. I'm looking forward to getting to the rest of the maps in the gamemode's roster, when I have time. 👍

Oh man I recognize this map from anywhere. The good old days of TF2 zombie when there were no abilities, only Scout, Heavy and Spy were zombies and several zombie maps were just the CP maps but absolutely pitch black outside except inside the capture points. So much fun. One map being the docks with a "hidden" room playing cotton eye joe. People banging props to barricade like in CSS zombie and just surviving. Another similar map was an apartment building very small. It had an underground corridor system with rooms to also bang props to block. And this. Sanitarium. A true classic of running around and make sure they didn't break all the planks and get in. And of course those few cowards to took the one room with props and barricaded them selves. Last to live and 99% died after everyone else did.

17:00 halo 3 custom zombies. A single, stupidly op but incredibly slow zombie with a bunch of weak minions, a swarm of very fast zombies with rocket launcehers and gravity hammers chasing around players in vehicles on the most open maps, custom maps with stages and obstacles you have to destroy or navigate around while holding off the zombies, so much variety to pick from and all great fun.

I just played this in tf2. Its really cool except the zombies are underpowered a bit. Zombie soldier needs to jump way higher and faster to be viable, and if red team is just medics and heavies it becomes impossible for zombies. Also demoknight is just an insta win when he gets the heads he needs. Other than that, its really cool. I hope it gets updated abd doesnt stay how it is forever

This game mode is fun. Much better than any other zombie mode I've played, and better than 7 Days to Die (also you should try 7dtd, it's fun). The maps are cool, it's coded really well, the abilities are neat, everything about it is amazing. My one issue is that EVERYONE on your Stupid Server™ always plays the map. But really, I saw this in the workshop and wanted to play it, so thank you for adding this. I'm gonna have to make a tier list of all the maps in your server now. :) Have a good day, chum.

Your video inspired me to look at its Community page, i really like Zombie Escape, but it was so much Competitive, that mostly i wasn't feeling fun or joy after playing. Like, just pushing zombies away with a Heavy or go my favorite Spy and tragically die from one hit, bit getting 3-7 kills... But this mode is that I've been looking for! Isn't not just a complete copy of Left4Dead or Fixed Zombie Escape thing, but somewhat unique. But if i would be able to change something, then: 1) B. A. S. E. Jumper wouldn't be allowed Or Rocket Jumper would have only one rocket per clip so Zombies can keep up after him. 2) I like Spy's Reveal ability, but honestly, that doesn't changes much in his gameplay. Even a damn Sniper Spitter has his range effectiveness, area damage overtime, which can block a path for a survivors. So, i would like to add Spy new passive ability - "Cloak" his watches are broken, but that doesn't mean he cannot go invisible. Like so, every 30-40 seconds, Spy will go fully Invisible for 4-5 seconds. To not make it too OP, he'll have +1 second for decloak(you cannot attack while decloaking) and after that you'll make a little Roar as a sign for survivors. But we can go both ways at one time! Just make player fully invisible to Those players, who's been Revealed by Spy, but his eyes will be glowing while Invisible(that Spy is visible to not revealed Players, but Invisibility is instant). 3) Demoman now can charge whenever he wants(without delay) and those will count as a Shield charge, so any melee would be critting/mini-critting after some time. ALSO Each Shield has its own uses, not just some +30% Fire Resistance, +15% Explosive resistant; But actually different like Soldier's Banners! So if Demo is not using any shield, he would be wielding a stock one - Chargin' Targe. This shield gives additional 30% damage buff on charges. Splendid Screen would give 50% knockback resistance and +25 health. Tide Turner would have +25% Mobility buff(now he moves with Pyro's speed) overall and Longer charge by 25%. 4) Class Limit. Just imagine a whole team od Survivor Engineers with 3 level sentries, that would be very hard to play against, EVEN with EMP grenade spam. Orr imagine Full Zombie team of Heavies, like 9 players, 9 × 800hp = about 7200 health Survivors would be fighting against. And don't forget that Heavy has full knockback resistance. Damn, that's a lot of words, thanks for those who read till the end or at least half of it. Most of my writing might not be quite understandable, since I'm so bad at english. But I'm practicing.

It seems strange to me that "Pounce" is for Soldier but not for Scout, considering that Scout is usually related to the Hunter from the L4D and L4D2 games. But that doesn't mean the game is bad, ON THE CONTRARY, THE GAME IS GREAT.

my favorite zombie-related game is They Are Billions, an RTS with emphasis on the NUMBERS. the average hordes easily range into a few thousand infected each, and the larger ones can go into tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands in a sustained onslaught. literal SEAS of zombies crashing against your walls. and no limits on your units either(aside from resources ofc but if you got the economy you can go as big as you want) and it runs really well, too, even on a potato pc! and the best part: no pvp! which means no shitty meta-slavery ruining the game and taking the "strategy" out of "Real Time Strategy"!

Inputs having a delay is because this is only a server-side script, ie there's no client prediction When you send an input it has to first reach the server for it to process it, and then back to your client to see the effect. So the higher your ping is, the more delay custom inputs will have. Unlike for example movement or shooting, that are predicted on your client, and therefore don't need to wait for that

When you're a zombie, YOU CAN'T USE STAIRS. And if you didn't know, this game mode comes from other zombie games, especially Left 4 Dead 1 and 2... and the Zombie Map and sometimes Zombie Escape mods from the Counter-Strike games (since 1.6).

@@MessiOlly8 Maybe... the strange thing is that they can use buttons (like the elevator for example). Although it may also be the case that the Zombies cannot use the vertical ladders but at the same time, as Sam said, the vertical ladders on that map ARE DISABLED. And yes, zombie maps in popular Valve games (with the exception of Portal I think), is very common (although they are not as popular as in the past). There are people who still play them (there are even ported CS:S/CS:GO maps in trial form in Counter-Strike 2).
