I remember when I first started TF2. I was playing as a Sniper, I usually didn't use the rifle too much, more likely I'd pull out my Kukri and try to kill people with it. But of course that resulted me being trolled by a Demo. Here's how it started: I was shooting a Soldier on Badwater next to the giant rocks, eventually the cart went into the tunnel and most of my team was pushed away from that area. However I did not move from that position since I only started playing 2 weeks from that day. Eventually I killed the Soldier with a bodyshot. While taunting on him, a Demo with the Sticky Jumper fly above me and spots me, so he lands right behind me. I immediately flick my crosshairs on him and scope in. Of course being the F2P I once was, I missed... By a LOT. He pulls out his Iron Bomber and was ready to shoot me until I pulled out my melee, which then caused him to do the same. Here's where the trolling starts: I began to chase him, but I guess he found out I wasn't gonna stop chasing him until I died. What he does is that he started to go in circles, which is what I did aswell. Eventually Half of RED team sees this and they were laughing their ass off because of it. Some poeple said "Uhh Sniper you should probably just shoot him" or the usual "Lmao" or "Lol" in the chat. But I was persistent at hitting the Demo with my Machete. But eventually my suffering was ended when a F2P Spy went to go backstab me, which he succeeded to do. After that everything went back to normal, but that was a day I would never forget. Also this wasn't recent when this happened, it was back in July of 2016.

I would love for the it to come back. You can nerf it of course. Make it Mini Crit and that it doesnt bleed, but most important bring the old Sandmann back! you can cut down the stun time, but the slow it gives now feels so useless in my opinion

I came back to tf2 after a few years. Loaded scout to do the classic combo but soon realized it wasn't working. Checked the stats and the sandman doesn't stun anymore and the guillotine doesn't crit. sad.

My F2P story: It was in 2016 where I was playing as Soldier in 2Fort, I was rocket jumping to the Blu Base where I encountered a newbie Sniper. I was walking in front of him forth and back, but the guy never seemed to bother me (because he was still scoping). Then, it all ended when another Soldier came in and Market Gardened him. It wasn't too exciting but I had a pretty good laugh from what I witnessed

quick f2p story: So i was just cadualling normally right? in 2fort, then i went engineer and immediately go to the intelligence base, right after im near the stairs, a spy facing other way without being cloaked and took him 4 minutes to figure out how to disguise, he disguised as heavy and went inside the intelligenge, which there is another engie defending the intelligence, the spy looked at another engineer and then butter knife him, thinking "oh i think if i butter knife him, he will die eventually" Little did he not know there was a sentry inside the intel and then he just vanished to ashes

So I got one unique Casual story: I was playing on ctf_turbine when while I was hiding in the enemy base vents, a Pyro bot entered the match, which is kinda unheard of nowadays. But it didn’t aimbot or reek havoc on the match with a backburner, it spam-gifted everyone in the match while blasting “Do You Believe In Magic” in the voice chat. To this point everyone in RED said screw it and we all danced around him to the music while still receiving ass-loads of gifts from him, all while BLU team was looking at us wondering what the hell we were doing until an enemy Heavy and Pyro came and massacred us. One time I saw an f2p using the Rocket Jumper as an actual weapon, firing it at BLU at no avail. I could hear the frustration in his movements from here

tbh from that gewp clip, the gibus engi probably would've learnt a lot from that interaction: - spy exists and can disguise - how the dead ringer works - enemies blocks you - your own sentry can hurt you - not everyone in the game shoots on sight
